Service Agreement

• Payment Terms: Payment schedules and amounts will be specified in the project agreement. Typically, 50% deposit required to begin work, with remaining balance due upon completion.
• Timeline: Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and client feedback response time.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements and specifications
• Provide necessary materials, content, and access credentials in a timely manner
• Review and provide feedback within agreed-upon timeframes
• Make timely payments according to the agreed schedule
• Ensure all content provided is legally owned and does not infringe on third-party rights

Developer Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality code and services according to agreed specifications
• Maintain professional communication throughout the project
• Provide reasonable revisions within the agreed scope
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and project details
• Deliver completed projects with documentation and support instructions

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for your project will be transferred to you. However, general programming knowledge, techniques, and reusable code libraries remain the property of AL-GALAL.

Revisions & Changes

Minor revisions are included in the project scope. Significant changes or additions beyond the original scope may incur additional charges. All change requests must be approved in writing.

Warranty & Support

We provide a 30-day warranty period for bug fixes and technical issues related to the delivered code. After this period, support and maintenance services are available at standard hourly rates.

AL-GALAL is committed to delivering high-quality programming and development services. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Refund Eligibility

• Before Work Begins: If you cancel your project before any work has commenced, you will receive a full refund of any deposit paid, minus any administrative fees (typically 5% or $50, whichever is less).
• After Work Begins: Once development work has started, refunds are calculated based on work completed and materials provided. No refund is available after project completion and delivery.
• Unsatisfactory Service: If you are not satisfied with the delivered work, we will work with you to resolve issues. If we cannot meet your requirements as originally agreed, a partial refund may be considered based on work completed.

Non-Refundable Items

• Third-party services, licenses, or tools purchased on your behalf
• Work completed and delivered according to agreed specifications
• Administrative fees and transaction costs
• Services modified beyond original scope without prior approval

Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at waleed@waleed.albouwani.pro within 7 days of project completion or cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days and returned to the original payment method.
